I'm only 3lbs from my pre-pregnancy weight. WHY CAN'T I LOSE IT?! Maybe it's the cheeseburger I ate yesterday, or the crab cakes I had for dinner with the meatball and a half. Or maybe it's the pudding pops in our freezer. So basically, I did NOT have a good weekend for eating healthy. I'm actually surprised I didn't gain anything this week. I've been sitting at home since Wednesday due to the snow days (or should I say week) we had. I finally go back to work tomorrow, so this whole eating healthy thing should be easier again.
One hard part about this whole thing is that Russ isn't in this with me. He supports me with my choices, but he's not changing the way he eats. It's soooo hard to eat healthy when my husband brings home a nice meatball sub from Quiznos.
My goals this week are:
1. Lose my 3 freaking pounds.
2. NO CHEATING (even with the 1st birthday party of my cousin's kid on Saturday)(okay, maybe one small, tiny piece of cake)
3. Eat more veggies and fruits. I'm stuck with this one. I only like a select few veggies and fruits and I'm getting sick of them. :(
