OMG!

Weight: 189 lbs
Total weight loss: 13lbs!!

OMG! I'm so excited! 13lbs down! I swore I wasn't going to lose ANYTHING this week. I cheated twice and apparently it made no difference! I may actually do this for 1 more month to see how much more I can lose. I've only been doing it for 3(ish) weeks.

After my next month, I may start to try it on my own. Eating healthy and eating smaller portions.

This weeks goal: Lose 1-2lbs and drink more water.
