On A Brighter Note

Weight: 192lbs
Total weight loss: 10lbs!

I've been following along with The Heir To Blair's McFatty Monday. But I couldn't get a blog in yesterday, so let me get this post out before the little man wakes up. I've been doing OK on Nutrisystem. I'm having a tough time with the veggies and fruit with my meals. I don't have much of a variety of veggies because, well, I don't like very many of them. The fruit on the other hand wouldn't be so bad, if my husband didn't buy 30 oranges. I'm so tired of oranges.

On a brighter note, I'm 10 lbs down! I'm 6lbs away from my pre-pregnancy weight and 42lbs from my target goal. That 42lbs seems like a lot. I should probably just take my goals a couple lbs at a time.

Goals for the week:
1. Eat the dang veggies
2. Find time for the snack
3. Drink more water (which I'm proud to say, I have been doing, it's just not enough yet)
4. Lose 1-2 lbs.

I would love to incorporate exercise in the goal this week, BUT I still have no time to do it with the baby's random schedule and the husband's random work schedule.

  1. those veggies are SO HARD to do, especially at dinner. I usually do a salad while I wait for everything else to cook, then maybe roasted brocc or asparagus with my meal. But I would say that 90% of the time, I don't do that third veggie/fruit. I just can't.

    plus, I'm saving room for dessert ;)
