Weight: 185lbs
Yup I did it! I am officially below my pre pregnancy weight. I lost 4lbs this week. Wanna know how I did it? I threw up. A lot. I went about my week the normal way and then BAM! I got hit with a stomach virus that not only made me vomit, but made me have diarrhea at the same time. Awesome right? Yeah, no. I felt awful. I ended up in the ER and stayed there for 3 hours while I got fluids and anti-nausea medicine.
Now I have a new goal of 180lbs. I'm doing this little by little. OH and I am ordering a new batch of Nutrisystem so that I can do it. And I'm only ordering stuff that I KNOW I like.
Ugh. I'm going to go rest now.

WHY CAN'T I LOSE IT?!
Weight: 189lbs
Current weight loss: 13lbs
I'm only 3lbs from my pre-pregnancy weight. WHY CAN'T I LOSE IT?! Maybe it's the cheeseburger I ate yesterday, or the crab cakes I had for dinner with the meatball and a half. Or maybe it's the pudding pops in our freezer. So basically, I did NOT have a good weekend for eating healthy. I'm actually surprised I didn't gain anything this week. I've been sitting at home since Wednesday due to the snow days (or should I say week) we had. I finally go back to work tomorrow, so this whole eating healthy thing should be easier again.
One hard part about this whole thing is that Russ isn't in this with me. He supports me with my choices, but he's not changing the way he eats. It's soooo hard to eat healthy when my husband brings home a nice meatball sub from Quiznos.
My goals this week are:
1. Lose my 3 freaking pounds.
2. NO CHEATING (even with the 1st birthday party of my cousin's kid on Saturday)(okay, maybe one small, tiny piece of cake)
3. Eat more veggies and fruits. I'm stuck with this one. I only like a select few veggies and fruits and I'm getting sick of them. :(

OMG!

OMG! I'm so excited! 13lbs down! I swore I wasn't going to lose ANYTHING this week. I cheated twice and apparently it made no difference! I may actually do this for 1 more month to see how much more I can lose. I've only been doing it for 3(ish) weeks.
After my next month, I may start to try it on my own. Eating healthy and eating smaller portions.
This weeks goal: Lose 1-2lbs and drink more water.

On A Brighter Note

Total weight loss: 10lbs!
I've been following along with The Heir To Blair's McFatty Monday. But I couldn't get a blog in yesterday, so let me get this post out before the little man wakes up. I've been doing OK on Nutrisystem. I'm having a tough time with the veggies and fruit with my meals. I don't have much of a variety of veggies because, well, I don't like very many of them. The fruit on the other hand wouldn't be so bad, if my husband didn't buy 30 oranges. I'm so tired of oranges.
On a brighter note, I'm 10 lbs down! I'm 6lbs away from my pre-pregnancy weight and 42lbs from my target goal. That 42lbs seems like a lot. I should probably just take my goals a couple lbs at a time.
Goals for the week:
1. Eat the dang veggies
2. Find time for the snack
3. Drink more water (which I'm proud to say, I have been doing, it's just not enough yet)
4. Lose 1-2 lbs.
I would love to incorporate exercise in the goal this week, BUT I still have no time to do it with the baby's random schedule and the husband's random work schedule.
