HOLY CRAP! It just kicked my butt! I think I will be on level 1 the whole 30 days. I hope I will be able to move up, but OMG. She says to take a 5 second breather if you need it. I'm pretty sure I took about 10 of them. (Not all at once mind you) AND I did the whole last cycle with no breaks. A couple of the breaks I had to take to put D's binky back in his mouth. I'm kind of grateful that he needed that.
I'm extremely proud of myself for finishing that. BTW, my arms hurt even without any weights. 2lb'ers here I come.
Now I feel rushed to get ready for the day. I may have to do it earlier than 6am so I can get a good shower out of it as well. Instead of a rushed shower/breakfast/getting myself ready/getting D ready.
