Changes

Starting Weight: 202 (See, I need more than just exercising)

This blog will probably end up just being my weightloss blog rather than just my 30-day shred blog. I'm changing the name at the top and will be blogging the food I'm eating too. Starting with TODAY!

My meal plan today is:
Breakfast
Cinnamon bun
Egg
Banana

Lunch
Cheese Tortellini
Milk
Lettuce
Carrots

Snack
Hard boiled egg
Orange

Dinner
Buffalo chicken wrap
orange
lettuce
broccoli

Dessert
Chocolate cake

I'm going to load up on water and work out when I get home today. I will probably be counting my weight loss every Thursday now since it's when I started Nutrisystem.

PS I'm really slacking on the exercising. But SHHHHH don't tell Russ.
